District-9 Republicans endorse Wall

To the editor:

As Chairman of the District-9 Republicans, I am pleased to announce our endorsement of Wasilla Councilman Brandon Wall in his bid for re-election.

We support Councilman Wall due to his steadfast work ethic both in the private sector and as a local representative of Wasilla. He is conservative and has proven this through his work of tightening the city budget and cutting excess waste in government spending.

He has great family values; husband to Karissa and father of four who are active in shooting, hunting and wrestling and track at Wasilla Middle and Wasilla High School.

He also has a strong moral compass and in this day and age that is invaluable. He believes in accountability in city government and understands he is beholden to his constituents and not special interest groups. He continues to work in improving the Wasilla infrastructure while encouraging and promoting local business and economic development.

For these reasons and more we support Councilman Brandon Wall bid for reelection and ask you to vote on Oct. 1.
