Wasilla resident Mrs. Donna G. Hope, 65, died of cancer at her home March 16, 2004.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Hope was born Sept. 13, 1938, in Toledo, Ore. She was a high school graduate.
Mrs. Hope became a resident of Alaska in 1974. She lived in Anchorage until 1987, then moved to Wasilla.
Mrs. Hope's family wrote, "She was a happy housewife."
Mrs. Hope is survived by her husband Richard Hope; son Donald Short; daughter Becky Ellmers; granddaughter Christina Ellmers; and brother Robert Gwynn.
Arrangements were made by Valley Funeral Home & Crematory in Wasilla.
