PALMER — Kenny Howard, Alex Schwochert and Justin Creech each won races on Alaska Raceway Park’s third-mile asphalt oval during the Vulcan Towing races July 16 at the Palmer-area speedway.

Howard was the winner in the 25-lap feature race in the legends class. Schwochert finished first in the 30-lap feature race of the baby grands class. Creech was the top driver in the 30-lap feature race of the late models class.

The park is hosting a drag strip test and tune Wednesday. The next scheduled events are the Element Automotive oval races on July 30, and the top eliminator, pro-nostalgia and IHRA points drag races on July 31.
