SUTTON — A 20-year-old man was arrested for trespass and criminal mischief and transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility after he was found asleep on a sofa inside a house where he did not live.
Alaska State Troopers responded to the Sutton call at 12:23 a.m., Nov. 17 where their investigation found that Jeffery Erickson, 20, was under the influence of alcohol when he broke into the house and fell asleep inside.
He was arrested and transported to where he was remanded and held on no bail.
