On Easter Sunday Palmer Moose Lodge 793 and American Legion Post 15 conducted their annual Easter Egg Hunt for any and all children ages 1 to 12.
What excitement, with more than 150 kids scouring Lucas Park for more than 720 hidden eggs.
All children received at least two prizes — some more — and some special eggs had $20 bills tucked inside.
The Palmer Moose Lodge, with assistance from the American Legion, deserves kudos for once again providing, at no charge to any child, the hunt of his or her life — at least until next year’s hunt.
