MAT-SU - The deadline is drawing near to enter into the 10th-annual statewide juried Eggs-ibition Art Show on Friday, March 25. The show is sponsored by the Mat-Su College Art Club and all entries must be received by Monday, March 21.
This year's theme is "Back to Basics" and all entries must somehow tie in with the theme. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional art can be dropped off at Mat-Su College, between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., at the Upstairs Gallery in the Fred and Sara Machetanz Building.
The show will run Friday, March 25, between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. and again on Monday, March 28 between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The exhibit will then hang through Monday, April 4.
UAA and MSC Professor Meredith Cantor will judge the entries and prizes will be awarded on the opening Friday.
