Joel Zimmerman, more commonly known as deadmau5 (pronounced “deadmouse”), brings his electronic music to the Alaska State Fair on Saturday, September 5, at 7 p.m. as part of the 2026 ConocoPhillips Alaska Concert Series at the Borealis Theatre. Alaska Tickets are on sale now.
The electronic music producer has achieved international chart success with his two-time platinum-certified single “Ghosts ’n’ Stuff,” as well as “Professional Griefers,” “Sofi Needs A Ladder” and “I Remember.” The multiple JUNO Award-winning, Grammy-nominated artist has also released seven critically acclaimed albums.
In 2022, deadmau5 teamed up with longtime friend and collaborator Kaskade to form the project Kx5. Their Top 40 hit “Escape,” featuring Hayla, reached #1 on dance radio and preceded the release of their self-titled, Grammy-nominated 2023 debut album, Kx5.
Fans can choose between concert-only tickets or tickets including Fair admission (discounted and valid only for the day of the concert). Tickets that include Fair admission must be purchased by Thursday, August 20. Detailed ticket options and pricing are available at alaskastatefair.org. Convenience fees apply to all online ticket purchases.
