Born Nov. 12, 1902, in Pigeon, Mich. Her parents were Jacob and Caroline Stoelt. She died Feb. 5, 2003, peacefully in her sleep, at Palmer Pioneers' Home. She is survived by two daughters, Ruth Buntrock of Coloma, Mich., and Dorothy Laughlin, of Palmer; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 8, at 2:30 p.m. at United Protestant Church in Palmer.
