Amber Michelle Erickson and Cody Ryan Pierce will marry Saturday at 7 p.m., in Palmer.
The bride’s parents are Colleen Clark of Sitka and Stefn Erickson of Anchorage. The groom’s parents are Fil Pierce of Anchorage and Betty Pierce of Palmer. Bridesmaids are Meteis Marie George and Roberta Lynn Beck, and the groomsmen are Robert Victor Miltko III and Troy Allen Young.
The couple met through mutual friends in 2006 and enjoy camping, hiking fishing and hunting.
Amber attended Juneau Douglas High School and Cody attended Valley Pathways High School. Amber plans to study in the medical field while Cody is stationed at Fort Richardson as an Army military policeman.
They plan to live in Anchorage after their marriage.
