From Old Time Radio to Internet for All

Dr. Alex Hills will speak on “Alaska Communication – Past, Present, and Future” at the next meeting of the Palmer Historical Society. He will tell of Alaska’s past radio and television personalities, the first Mat-Su phone service, how Alaska’s villages were connected, and some new technology that’s ready for Alaskans. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday March 20 at the Palmer Moose Lodge. All are welcome. And there will be a chance to win a book.
