To the editor:
Recently, a good friend of mine passed away. The memorial service was officiated at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Palmer. Parishioners of the church went up and above to make this one of the best services I have ever attended in the past 20 years. The priest, choir, pianist and the Knights of Columbus were exceptional.
Following the service, a buffet style dinner had been prepared for our enjoyment. It was so pleasing and heartfelt to see St. Michaels efforts put forth for the occasion. They had a great amount of love and compassion for the family and friends.
Kudos to the Catholic church.
