What really ticks us off as seniors is that Rep. Gattis is all for taking away our senior benefits. Also to add insult to injury she said If the seniors don't like it, they can move out! My husband and I have lived in Alaska most of our lives. I am 76 and he is 87. We don't intend to move out, but were insulted by her comments. This program helps seniors including ourselves to afford basic necessities of life such as food, medicine and housing. Why pick on the seniors, when all you legislators do is spend, spend, spend? Does she think that her uncaring attitude is going to get her re-elected?
