Girls hockey: With late goal, Service-East edges Mat-Su Ravens

EAGLE RIVER — Hannah Bergstrom scored with 69 seconds left in regulation to lead Service-East to a 3-2 win over the Mat-Su Ravens at the McDonald Center in Eagle River on Friday.

Mat-Su scored a pair of third-period goals to erase a two-goal deficit.

Carrie Glatz scored with 5:21 left in the third to cut Service-East’s lead in half. Bonnie Fujimoto supplied the equalizer with 2:44 left in regulation.

Casey Branch stopped 25 Service-East shots in the loss.
