PALMER — The Glenn Highway will closed north of Palmer four about six hours Thursday night, according to the Alaska Department of Transportation.

Both lanes of traffic will be closed at Mile 54.2 from 10 p.m. Thursday to 4 a.m. Friday to allow construction to replace a damaged culvert, but access for emergency vehicles will be maintained, DOT officials wrote in a post on Facebook.
