Got my Body BLASTED!

Went to the "Body Blast" class today. I enjoyed the class today but realized there are several muscles that need more attention… mostly in the abs area… Laurie was trying to get us to work on muscles that I didn't even know EXIST. Needless to say, it was a challenging workout - but in a good way! I enjoy a good challenge. We used the exercise (yoga) balls and I was worried about throwing it or having it slip out from under my tush… it was interesting. I think that it will take a few times to get the hang of the different exercises. Just like anything new - it takes practice right?! I am pretty sure that it was effective because my abs and legs and arms are still mildly aggravated from the workout. I am going to be SORE tomorrow!

I forgot to weigh in today but if we go to the gym tomorrow — that is if we can still MOVE tomorrow — I will do my weigh in. I don't feel like I lost as much this week as I did last week. I cheated a few times and ate some foods that I shouldn't have. I didn't overdo it though… not like I used to. I am anxious to see what my weight is now.

So until tomorrow…. :)
