Grange members warn of possible scam

Northland Pioneer Grange Members warn that a member was contacted by phone by a man who claimed to have a certificate and information about Grange member benefits.

He asked to visit her home and tell her about the Grange benefits.

When the state Grange president was asked about the activity, he said he suspects it’s a scam. People who receive similar calls are urged not to invite the person into their home.
