In the past when I have had exceptional service from a local business I think about telling others. This time I really want to do it.
About a year ago we bought a gas fireplace from Alaska Fireplaces and had them install it. A problem developed and they took care of it, but it recurred several months later. For more than a week they tried many things, eventually changing tactics a little and upgrading. Our safety was never at risk.
Through it all the person I dealt was unfailingly pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone and hope to do business with them again.
