Great Workout

Well, last night we made it to the gym, but we did not work on the machines, Jannae wanted to check out Krista's class called Body Basics. This was truly a work out. Last night Krista had an injury so she couldn't work out with us, so she decided to mix it up a little… She took all the exercises the class would normally do and decided to do a circuit training class, so each mat had an exercise that usually included weights. There were 15 different mats (exercises), we did each one for 90 seconds and moved on to the next. We did all 15 workouts and then we did it again! This time for only 60 seconds (felt like at least 15 minutes!!!) By the time class was over, my legs felt like Jello! But you know what they say… You'll always feel great when its done! Well, it did feel great to be done, but today I have to say I am a little sore.

So tonight, were thinking about hitting Lori's turbo kick class. Hopefully I'll be able to lift my legs!
