Groups hosting remembrance ceremony Saturday to mark the 50th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War

The public is invited to a ceremony marking the 50th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War.

In keeping with the Veteran tradition that No Veteran Be Left Behind, the City of Wasilla MatSu Veterans Wall of Honor Foundation, the Vietnam Veterans of America, the MatSu Veterans Foundation, and the Military Order of the Purple Heart, on behalf of all Veterans Organizations in Alaska, will be holding a Remembrance Ceremony to honor all Veterans past and present, at the Wasilla Veterans Wall of Honor located at 801 N. Fishhook Road on March 29 at 11 a.m. Local high school and Alaska Native entertainment will begin at 10:30 a.m.
