So happy to find out that I'm not the only one here. I am so so glad yesterday is over I just cant even tell you. I managed to keep it under 1500 calories but it was a serious struggle. The eat less part isnt the hardest part for me lately, I am having so much trouble moving more. I know there is some energy in me somewhere but I just can not find it. Im wondering if my body is reacting to the decrease in calories.
Tomorrow is the end of my first week and I cant wait to see what has happened. I can feel that I have lost weight, I can see it in my face a little. But then when you start out at 300+ I will assume that the first couple weeks would see big jumps. Being healthier is worth so much more than the money in the contest but I wouldn't turn it down either. You can do it, one day at a time. One meal at a time, one exercise at a time.
