I fell so hard last night, those hash browns looked so so good. I had to fix dinner for the hubby and kids and just forgot to stop myself before half a plate was in me. While watching the Biggest Loser no less. Wow I cant believe I did that.
The good news is that it didnt seem to kill my weight loss. I do plan on getting right back on the horse this morning. Hope all is going well for everyone else. Stay safe on the roads.
