The Houston Hawks capped their regular season with a home sweep over visiting Nikiski Saturday afternoon at Houston High School.
Houston’s Max Taylor celebrated senior night with 24 points during a 68-33 win over the Bulldogs. Keldin Nicoll added 11 points.
The Houston girls scored a 49-43 win over the Bulldogs. Grace Gillespie led the Hawks with 24. Dallas Winter added 19.
Homer swept a pair of games at Houston on Friday.
The Mariners girls beat the Hawks 64-47. Gillespie scored 23. Winter and Sarah Bodfish had 10 each.
The Homer boys notched a 69-57 win. Noah Whitted scored 33 for Houston. Taylor had eight.
Nikiski also split a pair of v varsity games at Redington Friday.
Doyle Bond scored 20 points to lead Redington to a 69-39 boys win over the Bulldogs. Kenneth Johnson had 13.
The Homer girls beat Redington 45-29. Alizae Chume led the Huskies with 11.
