Senior Peter Clemons led a group of Houston Hawks named to the 3A All-State football squad.
Clemons was named to the first team at both the quarterback and defensive back positions.
Clemons, who was named the Greatland Conference's Offensive Player of Year last week was among the state's leaders in passing throwing for 1,053 yards and 13 touchdowns during the regular season.
Clemons helped lead the Hawks to their first ever Greatland Conference title and a spot in the state 3A playoffs.
Junior Taylor Richey was named first team wide receiver and tied for first team return specialist. Richey caught 33 passes for 551 yards and eight touchdowns during the regular season.
D.J. Sandidge also earned first team honors at the tight end position.
Richey, Jed Martinson, J.D. Welch and Cody Redford earned second team honors for Houston.
"The selections went pretty well," Houston head coach Mat Bredberg said. "Our players selected got what they deserved."
