I’ve been thinking lately about how we in the Valley are truly blessed with the high caliber of men and women in the health care fields. Praise to the physicians goes almost without saying, but I have been particularly impressed with the technicians, nurses, aides, office receptionists, EMTs and firefighters.
It has been “brought home” to me in recent months, ranging from my every-six-week blood work, regular visits to my dentists’ office, my first visit to the dermatologist, visits to a chiropractor, ultrasound imaging, follow-ups, and last year, visits to the new state-of-the-art emergency room at Mat-Su Regional’s Urgent Care Facility.
My thanks to ALL of these wonderful support people who, day in and day out, give friendly, tender loving care.
