I haven't been reading or writing the blog lately because we had a 32 hours power outage. No electricity, no computer. I came to Alaska from the Big Apple in 1963 and this was the soggiest, sloggiest snow in my memory. When the power went out I could see green flashes caused by the elelctric lines touching each other. Thank you to the crews whose hard work got us back on line.
Because of the interruption my regime got discombobilated but despite that I lost 1.5 pounds in our second week. That makes it a total of 4.5 pounds for me so far and I also saw a number I haven't seen in years. Good luck everybody!
