To Carrs-Palmer (the new store in town):

Many thanks for the help your employees all give to your shoppers. I appreciate the considerate way you show your customers to the items they are looking to find.

Carrs-Palmer has always been a gathering place to shop and see friends as we fill our daily needs. Your new store has lots to offer. Your customer service has made the change a 100 percent great experience.

The departments have employees that care about more than a paycheck. They care about us, the shoppers.

Thank you, Mari in the meat department, Tim in produce and Mike in general merchandise. Most of all, thank you to all the personnel who help take out my groceries.

I love shopping at Carrs-Palmer. It’s the hub of Palmer, if you ask me.
