PALMER — Five Knights won their weight class to help Colony cruise to a victory in the team standings during the Colony Invitational Saturday at Colony High School.
Defending state champions Levi Hopkins, Dawson Nash and Robert Haan were among the Colony grapplers to win in the finals. Hopkins finished first at 138 pounds. Nash and Haan went back-to-back in the finals, winning at 182 and 195.
Sam Sisco (126) and Caleb Hopkins (160) also won their matches in the finals.
Colony finished with 270 points in the team standings, nearly 100 points ahead of runner-up South Anchorage.
Levi Farris led Palmer by winning the 152-pound class.
