Miss Ducky is Natalie Rauch, 10. The former Wasilla resident was visiting her grandparents this week from Washington when she volunteered to dress up and help the Susitna Rotary Club sell Duck Dunk raffle tickets at Houston Founders Day Saturday. She is the granddaughter of Cherie LeBlanc Shue and John Shue. Tina Denton of Wasilla was the raffle’s $500 winner.
