If you live in House District 13 (Palmer, Hatcher Pass or the Lakes areas), I encourage you to ask for the Republican ballot and vote for Florence Scott in the primary.
Florence Scott is a pro-life, pro-family Republican. She has lived in Alaska since 1961 and in the Valley since 1983. She is a strong supporter of veterans (I am a disabled vet) and seniors (her mom will be 90 this year). She will be a very effective representative and better for Palmer.
Florence is hard-working, honest and a wonderful woman — but I may be prejudiced. I’ve been happily married to her for 29 years.
