Huskies split with Su Valley

The Redington Huskies cruised to a 70-26 boys basketball win over Susitna Valley Wednesday night at Redington.

Doyle Bond scored a game-high 30 points for the Huskies. He had a dozen in both the first and third quarters.

The Susitna Valley girls edged Redington 21-18. Su Valley was held scoreless in the first quarter, but bounced back with 11 points in the second.

Lily Esmailka and Cori Gossot scored eight points each.
