My week working in Anchorage turned into a week and a half and I found myself slipping off track and looking for the easy way out after a long day at work.
I just got home around 7pm tonight and went straight for the salad for dinner. I have only safe food in the house, which is good. Too much eating out and eating on the run the last week and half made it too easy to slip back into my old eating habits. I didn't revert all the way back, but I certainly wasn't eating as healthy as I did the previous month. There were a couple of nights where I didn't even eat dinner, and I did stick to salads most other nights.
My workouts consisted mostly of cleaning and moving office furniture. There was a lot of opportunity for physical activity most every day. My muscles ached at the end of the day, so know I received a healthy dose of physical activity most days. I made it to the hotel gym once.
I haven't weighed in a couple of weeks, either so don't know how much I hurt myself yet.
I really missed my blog and hearing how the rest of you are doing. I hope you all had better success than I did the past week or so. Help keep me honest and on track! I feel I need 40 lashes with a low-fat whole wheat noodle!
