I'm Inching Towards Improvement - How Are You Doing?

Sorry to be so out of touch. But, I’m happy to report it isn’t because I’ve got anything to be ashamed of – just really busy. I have happy things to report, like how yesterday at lunchtime I went to the gym! I did the weight routine my trainer Jenni set up and I felt so good after!

I’m doing better with staying on track with food, too. I’m going to wait a few more days before I weigh myself and hope to see smaller number. Fingers crossed!
