A natural supervisor (Captain) and listener, Doug received an Excellence in Leadership Award for his motivational skills. His organizational skills earned his team national accreditation for modernizing evidence security. Our towns need well-trained empathic leaders like Doug from the Anchorage Airport Police and Fire Department who build community. Wasilla will be fortunate to have him.
