‘IditaPage Challenge’ begins Jan. 16

WASILLA - Wasilla Meta-Rose Public Library's third annual IditaPage Challenge begins Jan. 16. Join the race to collectively read 1 million pages before the first Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race musher crosses the finish line in Nome.

Participation is easy. Stop by the library and sign up by writing your first name on an IditaDog, take a few of the IditaPage bookmarks, and start reading!

Count the number of pages you read from any library material - books, magazines, audiobooks or ebooks. Record the number of pages you read on an IditaPage bookmark. Turn in bookmarks periodically throughout the challenge to be eligible for prizes.

If the million-page goal is reached, a grand prize of a radio-controlled Dodge truck will be awarded.
