Is the future lawfare?

I have been following the Trump trials. They all have one thing in common, there is no criminal issue in any of them. All are simply a whatever it takes hail Mary to keep Trump from the presidency. Why?

When Trump ran in 2016, the hyperbole of the Left went insane. An outsider(!), non-politician, non-insider, non-long time politico was running! Screwing up the staid and unchanging exchange of seats between the Republican and Democrat elitists. But, there was something new in the rhetoric by the RINO Republicans and by the Democrat Left.

For the first time we heard Democrat presidential campaign officials, elected officials on both sides, and Biden’s supporters openly talking about doing physical harm to the opposition candidate. Killing Trump, wishing him and his family ill was openly stated with impunity. These threats are still being said today and, now, made against any who voted for Trump and his MAGA slogan.

Trump’s sin? He threatened to put America First and to restore our sovereignty ending the globalist socialist one-world state–communist–tyranny pushed by George H.W. Bush through Carter, then Obama and now Biden. Trump threatened to end the never ending wars and to bring industry and jobs back to the U.S. sent to China by the globalists in the D.C. Swamp. Trump threatened the lucre gained from the Chinese by those in Congress and the White House who sold out their country and who used their influence and knowledge for personal gain.

The way is paved for a civil war. Or, is it?

What happened on May 31st is a travesty of justice, but not unexpected. And, our Constitution still stands, even though our Rule of Law is definitely in jeopardy of becoming a tool in a burgeoning civil war. And, Trump stands firm, resolute in his commitment to the American People.

The Biden Administration and the Democrat Party have smeared this country and damaged our Rule of Law, but have, as of yet, failed to cause any lasting damage that will end the Republic. Unless one considers the exponential growth in the national debt.

I admire Alan Dershowitz. He may be a flaming lib, but he is rock solid where the Constitution and the law are concerned–most of the time. His record of defending the pariah is unparalleled. He predicted this outcome in his book “Get Trump”. He has been very vocal in his public criticisms of the legal assault against Trump.

Jonathan Turley is another liberal constitutional law professor who has been very public about the injustices being played out by the Biden Administration against Donald Trump.

The primary concern of both constitutional experts is that political races in this country will no longer be determined by votes, but by juries. Each side can shop for the state venue most likely to convict and file criminal charges against the opposition candidate, as was done with Trump.

If Trump wins the presidency and is sworn in, Biden et al should be uneasy about ‘what goes around comes around’.

The appealable points in the Merchan kangaroo court are manifest. This travesty should be easily overturned.

The Dem leadership, including dementia Joe, seem to be restraining their glee for the moment. They may be concerned about the public’s reaction. After all, Trump’s campaign raised $52.8M from this decision in one day.

The question is, will judge Merchan ignore the gravity of his mockery of the law and incarcerate Donald Trump, the opposition and leader in the current presidential contest? If he does, we will be at the precipice of the “other” reason for the 2d Amendment.

If the appellate courts and the SCOTUS let stand the banana republic injustice against Trump, we will then be a very short fuse away from a ‘kinetic’ civil war.

Without the convictions being overturned, dementia Joe will be directed by Obama to ignore the 2024 vote. There will effectively be only one party. We can’t count on the Republicans in Congress, they will meld with the Dems to form one block.

The Republicans have been useless in checking the soaring federal debt.

Ranked Choice Voting was the harbinger of ‘change’ promised by Obama.

Soro’s open treason goes unchecked.

It is Trump’s situation that was the reason for our Constitution.

Man is a frail and weak creature, and power corrupts.

I have faith in the Constitution. As long as it stands, there is hope.

However, Washington’s Third Vision is where we are at in time.

Pray for this country and for the Trump family.
