I didn’t vote for Barack Obama in 2008, but I was quietly satisfied that our country had progressed enough to elect an African-American to the presidency. President Obama is very good at delivering speeches. He’s an excellent politician and, I believe, a good man. But unfortunately, he’s just not up to the job.
We’ve had four years of “the politician.” It’s now time for a “president.”
