James Peter Felix was a long-time resident of Anchorage, Alaska. He entered into eternal rest on Sept. 29,2002, at the age of 29. James is the son of David S. Felix Sr. and Josephine M. Felix. James was enthusiastic about life and always had a smile on his face. He enjoyed telling jokes and possessed the ability to make everyone around him laugh. His loyalty, devotion, generous spirit, and friendship were limitless. He had a strong love for his family and will be greatly missed.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his mother Josephine Felix of Anchorage, Alaska; his father, David Felix Sr. of Las Vegas, Nevada; Richard, David, and John Felix, of Anchorage; Rochelle Conner of Oakland, California; Denice Ammons, Julena and Rhonda Felix, of Anchorage, Alaska; Renee Hughes, of Dallas, Texas; Marshella McBride, of San Antonio, Texas; his fiancŽ, Yajahira Thompson of Anchorage, Alaska; eighteen aunts and uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and other friends.
Services will be held Saturday, Oct. 12, 2002, at the Greater Friendly Temple, COGIC, 6310 Debarr Road, Anchorage, Alaska. The viewing will be at 1 p.m. and the service will begin at 2 p.m. Walker's Funeral Home, 8141 Peck Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501, is in charge of arrangements.
Donations may be deposited to the James Felix Memorial Fund at AlaskaUSA Federal Credit Union.
