PALMER — Jonesers owner Gail Jones said that she had a lot of new and returning customers throughout the 2022 Alaska State Fair season.
“It’s been a great season. We had a great time at the Fair. The business has been vibrant,” Jones said.
Jonesers offers a variety of nectars, teas, seasonings, and other locally sourced plant-based products. Jones said the Chaga and fireweed nectars are two of their top-selling products.
“We have different ways to intake natural resources for everybody,” Jones said.
Jonesers participates in numerous markets such as Friday Flings and the Wasilla Farmer’s Market in addition to public events like Colony Christmas.
“I do a lot of different things,” Jones said.
Jones said that she heard a lot of positive comments from Fairgoers throughout the season.
“They’re glad to see us again this year,” Jones said. “They love our display.”
Jones has been a vendor at the Fair for over seven years. Her booth was located near the Yellow Gate and the agricultural exhibit barn. She said that her booth has grown each year and she’s happy with how everything has progressed over the years. She said that she plans to participate in the Fair every year at the same location.
“It’s a great place to get known,” Jones said. “Everybody’s here. You get a chance.”
