• Joshua I. Keil, son of Bill Keil of Palmer and Debbie Rester of Aberdeen, Wash., graduated in May from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry. He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1999 from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Neb. He plans to practice optometry in Jacksonville, Fla., where he and wife, Stacie, also will raise their three children, Maggie, Lucy and Daisy.
