Judge too soft

Reference the DUI (driving under the influence) trial of Renee Ellison, where “Judge” [Beverly] Cutler thinks five years is too much for DUI, assault with a deadly weapon (vehicle), and recklessly endangering everyone on the road. Ellison is lucky she didn’t kill someone — and even if she got five years, she would only serve about three years and four months (time off for good behavior). It is easy to see why we have so many drunk drivers on our roads, with “judges” like Cutler.
