PALMER — The Palmer Moose girls were shutout in a pair of matches at Machetanz Field over the weekend.
Friday, Kenai scored four times in the second half to post a 4-0 win over the Moose. Cori Holmes scored a pair of goals within a four-minute stretch for Kenai. Heidi Perkins and Abi Tuttle also scored for Kenai.
Soldotna beat Palmer 6-0 on Saturday.

PALMER — T.J. Wagoner converted a penalty kick late in the first half to lead Kenai to a 1-0 win over the Palmer Moose Friday at Machetanz Field.

Colony 1
PALMER — Soldotna scored three unanswered goals during a 5-1 win over Colony Friday at Colony High.
In a rematch of the 2013 Northern Lights Conference title match, Colony cut Soldotna’s 2-0 lead in half, with a goal midway through the first half. But with a 2-1 lead, Julie Litchifled scored to extend Soldotna’s advantage to a pair of goals.
Kylee Wolfe led Soldotna with a hat trick in the win.
