Greetings to all -
Well, I write this at a quarter to 10, just got the kiddos tucked in and the husband is strightening up the house in preparation to call it a night. We are both absolutely tired. It has been a busy, busy week. We have both been working out diligently which has it positives and negatives.
For me the positives have been greater than the negatives. I really do feel better, and according to the scale at the sports complex (which is the official scale, as you know), I am down 5.3 pounds now. At times I think I can feel a difference but then at times I tell myself, it's still too small of a loss to actually feel. In any case back to the positives — I have been able to get up earlier - get my workout done, enjoy the steamroom at the gym and then get myself ready and off to work at an early time, which I love — I love to be there earlier in the day and get to go home earlier in the evening. I feel more productive in all areas. The negatives now, though are that I definitely notice the change on my body - it tells me that I am working harder by often reminding me throughout the evening that I want to sleep - oh well, that is okay. The only other negative i can think of is that I now, often miss the project of giving the kiddos breakfact and getting them ready for their day - but again that is okay, as I still get to do this a couple times a week and they are also enjoying having this time with daddy, which was an extreme rarity until recently — deep down I think he is greatly enjoying it too!!
Looking forward to meeting with the personal trainer tomorrow — Really hoping she can provide me, well actually, us some good guidelines to see the most success now and maintain it too. Signing off for now — must find that pillow my body has been calling for, for many hours now.
Take Care and Best Wishes — Until Next Time!!
