Kennith A. Stroble, 59, of Wasilla, Alaska, died Thursday, June 29, 2023, at his summer home in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. Born Dec. 1, 1963 in Williamsport, PA, he was a son of Thomas D. Stroble Sr. and Virginia M. (Yeagle) Stroble, of Trout Run, PA.
Ken was a Teamster Local 959 member from 1982 till present. The past 10 years, he worked as an ice road trucker on the North Slope of Alaska during the winter months. He was an avid outdoorsman, big game hunter, and an occasional fisherman.
Ken was very proud of his two adult children, Brian and Alicia. Both were born and raised in Alaska, where they currently reside.
Ken is survived by his parents; a daughter, Alicia (Daniel) Manasco, of Wasilla, Alaska; son, Brian Stroble, of Chugiak, Alaska; two brothers, Thomas Stroble Jr. and Ronald Stroble, both of Trout Run, PA; two sisters, Judy Gaylor, of Lake Stevens, WA, and Janice Carter, of Clovis, CA.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home, (formerly Spitler Funeral Home) Montoursville, PA.
