Ryan Redington was the first into Yentna — a checkpoint in which mushers take a mandatory six-hour layover — arriving 16 minutes ahead of Ray Redington Jr. Cim Smyth stood in third, eight minutes ahead of fourth-place Louis Bissonett and 10 minutes ahead of fifth-place Kristy Barrington.
