PALMER — Julian McPhail continued his stellar senior season during a lopsided victory at Juneau last week.
McPhail rushed for a touchdown, caught a touchdown pass and returned a kickoff for a score during a 49-0 win over Juneau. McPhail gave Colony its first lead with a 60yard touchdown run. Midway through the second-quarter, quarterback Eric Christy connected with McPhail on a 25-yard touchdown pass. The senior returned the opening kickoff of the second half 81 yards for a score.
Kaiden Jimenez added a pair of touchdowns for the Knights, who improved to 6-1 overall and 2-1 in the Chugach Conference. Christy and Zane Vrvilo also rushed for touchdowns.
Colony had 212 yards of total offense in the first half. The Knights close their regular season with a home game against Chugiak Friday at 7 p.m.
