Boman Marks scattered four hits and one earned run over six innings to lead the Colony Knights to a 6-1 win over rival Wasilla Monday evening at Wasilla High ASchool.
Marks, Colony’s starter on the mound, also fanned six. At the plate, he finished 2 for 3 with two runs scored.
Cody Otto and Caleb Hilty drove in two runs each. Regan Gordon also had a run and an RBI.
Palmer improved to 2-0 with a 16-0 win over Redington.
Kinan Greco and Reed Craner drove in four runs each. Greco was 3 for 3, and Craner finished 4 for 4 at the plate. Eleven different Moose scored at least one run.
Starter Zander Landon didn’t allow a hit over three innings.
