Knights skate past Warriors

The Colony Knights remain undefeated after a 5-2 win over the Wasilla Warriors Tuesday night at the Brett Memorial Ice Arena in Wasilla,

Jacob Ross and Kaden Ketchum scored two goals each for the Knights, and both scored on the power play. Carsen Lantto added a shorthanded tally for Colony. Aidan Finch led the Knights with a pair of assists.

Austin Peterson and Holden Wiltfong scored on the power play for Wasilla.

Colony took a quick 2-0 lead in the win, and added a pair of third-period goals after Wasilla cut the deficit to 3-2.

Colony outshot Wasilla 35-15 in the win. Malachi Mukaabya made 13 saves for Colony in the victory. Wasilla’s Jakob Barcelona stopped 30 shots in the loss.
