Six different players scored to help the Colony Knights grab a 6-1 nonconference victory over the Dimond Lynx Tuesday night at the Menard Arena in Wasilla.
Matthew Ross, Gavin Shafer, Jake Seward-Jenski, Jaxon Allen, Austin Fangmann and Logan Lofland all found the back of the net for the Knights. Dimond’s Peyton Thwaites scored with 7:16 left in the first period to tie the game at 1, but the Knights answered with five unanswered goals.
Colony outshot Dimond 38-25. Traeton Adams made 24 saves in the Colony win.
