Knights upend Moose

The Colony Knights hockey team swept past the Palmer Moose 8-2 Friday night at Brett Memorial Ice Arena in Wasilla.

Colony's Doug Lehe picked up a hat trick in the game, scoring three goals with one assist. Tommy Lehe scored two goals in the game. Matt Luthi and Joey Guild each scored a goal and contributed two assists in the game.

Palmer's goals came from Jesse Marcott and Jonah Stewart. Stewart also picked up an assist on Marcott's goal.

Palmer goaltender Morgan Jett took 68 shots on goal with Colony netminder Tony Keller taking 12.

Both Colony and Palmer head for the Kenai Peninsula this weekend for region matchups.
