PALMER — The Colony Knights rallied to score a nonconference home win Thursday night.
The Knights used a strong fifth set to edge visiting North Pole 3-2 (24-26, 26-24, 22-25, 25-14, 15-9).
Mikara Klawitter led Colony with 11 kills, 13 digs and three aces. Maddy Ko added eight kills and 11 digs.
Eve Stephens chipped in six kills and three blocks. Haylee Duguid finished with 10 digs and two aces.
Friday, the Wasilla Warriors scored a 3-1 (25-20, 25-12, 8-25, 25-18) victory over North Pole.
Brooke Queripel led the Warriors with 10 kills and two blocks in the match. Olivia Vincent added eight kills and five blocks.
Courtney Anthony led the Warriors with a team-best 23 digs. Cate Currier added 15 digs.
Maggie Zwolinski finished with a team-best 20 assists.
The Knights and Warriors return to the court Tuesday, with a Northern Lights Conference match at 6:30 p.m.
